All FE knives ship directly from Japan via FedEx, DHL and Sagawa. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free over ¥20,000 within Japan and ¥30,000 internationally (excluding remote areas). Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Customized knives are made to order and ship after the production time shown at ordering. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Every knife is inspected before shipment. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or differs from your confirmed specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund. Slight variations in handmade materials and finishes are natural and not defects. Returns or exchanges for change of preference cannot be accepted, and customized knives cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
